              Îmi deschid sufletul meu
Ca să-L simt pe Dumnezeu
Îmi deschid şi inima
Ca să-ţi faci Tu loc în ea.

  Bun prieten Dumnezeu
  Lângă Tine stau mereu
În orice zi şi-n orice ceas
Eu de Tine nu mă las.

Căci atunci când sunt cu Tine
Eu mă simt cu mult mai bine
Și de-aceea Te-aş ruga
Să lucrezi, Tu-n viaţa mea.

Cei ce vor a Te urma
Și lângă Tine să stea
Să-şi deschidă inima
Ca să-ţi faci Tu loc în ea.
