              Ó Bože, Darca požehnania,
sám dielo naše požehnaj,
dosiaľ pracuješ bez prestania,
aj nám pri prácach pomáhaj,
nech verne všetko robíme
a z výsledkov sa tešíme.

Nectí Ťa ten, kto v lenivosti
premárni dni, čo si mu dal,
na škodu sebe, cirkvi, vlasti,
zverené hrivny zakopal.
Ty miluješ usilovnosť,
kiež zdobí aj nás táto cnosť.

Na oblohe si rozžal slnce,
čo slúži svetlom každému,
daj nech sťa rozožaté sviece
slúžime aj my blížnemu,
navzájom si pomáhame,
bremená iných znášame.

Nech modlitbou i prácou, Pane, Teba vždy velebí Tvoj ľud, udeľ nám svoje požehnanie,
pri prácach prítomný nám buď. Napokon pozvi si nás tam, kde kraľuješ, Boh náš a Pán.
