              Ünnepre hívtál össze, Jézus,
szemléljük dicső arcodat,
a mulandótól fordítsuk el szívünk,
s az örökkévalóra tekintsünk.

Megbánunk minden gonoszságot,
hogy szabad szívvel ünnepelhessünk.
Hisz meghaltunk s az életünk Tebenned
el van rejtve az örök Istenben.

  Várjuk, hogy megjelenj előttünk,
  Krisztus, Te vagy az életünk!
Hogy megjelenjünk mi is Veled együtt
  Atyánk szent dicsőségében!
