                Čas vianočný,
  čas predivný
  už sa nanovo vynára
  zo všedných dní.

  Tak zaplesaj, ó, Izrael!
  Prišiel tvoj Kráľ a Spasiteľ!

Z lúk betlemských
hlas anjelov
už sa ozýva
so zvesťou neslýchanou.

Zrak pastierov
svoj nájde cieľ.
V malom dieťatku
zjavil sa Vykupiteľ.

Svit hviezdy v tmách
je znamením
vstať a putovať
za Kráľom narodeným.

Boh zázrakov a lásky Pán
hriechom zavretú bránu
zas otvára nám.
