              Ach, predivný, predivný Spasiteľ,
za mňa život svoj v obeť dal.
Dlh mô predraho splatiť prišiel,
krvou zápis môj vymazal.

Za mňa visel na kríži On,
za mňa visel na kríži On.
  Obeť za moje hriechy prieniesol.
Za mňa visel na kríži On.

Vďačne opustil nebeské kraje,
aby naplnil Boží plán.
Prišiel na zem jak dieťa malé,
telo ľudské na seba vzal.

Ťažký kríž niesol Pán môj na pleciach,
bol tak preveľmi zranený.
Teraz kraľuje na nebesiach,
domov chystá mi blažený.
