              Adapun manusia, harinya bagai rumput,
bagai bunga-bunga di padang,
demikian ia berkembang.
Apabila angin melintasi,
maka ia pun tiada lagi,
tempatnya tidak mengenalnya,
tidak lagi kenal.

Tetapi kasih Tuhan sekarang dan
s'lamanya bagi orang-orang yang takut,
sungguh takut hanya padaNya.
Keadilan bagi anak cucu,
bagi yang pegang perjanjianNya,
yang ingat untuk melakukan
segenap titahNya.
