Adj célt és értelmet egész életemnek,
Teremtő Istenem!

A múltnak és a jelen pillanatnak,
a mának és az eljövendő napnak,
ami boldoggá tett, vagy boldogságot hoz,
mindannak, ami fájt vagy fájni fog.

Az éjszakának és a fénynek,
a kiáltásnak és a csendnek,
az elbukásnak s a győzelemnek,
a némaságnak és a könnynek.

Benned van értelme, célja életemnek,
feltámadt Krisztusom!

Ígéretem Benned lett teljessé,
Benned lettem győztes gyermekeddé,
Tebenned van bocsánat és áldás,
szent véredben örök megtisztulás!

Krisztus Jézus, életem értelme,
nem én élek, Te élsz már énbennem.
Igaz lettem, nincs rajtam ítélet,
Benned vagyok az örök dicsőségben!
