              Panie Jezu Chryste,
chcę należeć do Ciebie
od tej chwili.
Chcę wyzwolić się od panowania
ciemności i spod władzy szatana
i chcę wejść do Królestwa i stać
się częścią Twego Ludu.

Odwrócę się od wszelkiego zła.
Proszę o przebaczenie
wszystkich grzechów,
które popełniłem.

Ofiaruję Ci moje życie
i obiecuję słuchać Cię, jako mego Pana.
Przez ręce Maryi Twojej i mojej Matki,
proszę Cię wylej na mnie Ducha Świętego.
