              Bárányom, bárányom, Istennek báránya,
Könyörülj rajtam, hadd jussak jobb sorsra!
Adj nekem nagy hitet, amíg lehet,
Formáld kedved szerint a szívemet!

  Én Uram, add meg nekem,
  Jó Uram, add meg nekem,
Hadd legyen melletted majd a helyem!
  Lesem minden vágyadat,
  Tisztelem házadat,
Én Uram, jó Uram, add meg nekem!

Én Uram, adj egy kis időt nekem,
vékony kis szalmaszál az én hitem!
De ha Te segítesz, erős leszek,
kertedként ápolom a lelkemet.
