              Bénis, Seigneur, tes messagers
En pays étrangers,
Entends nos chants, entends nos vœux,
Nous t'implorons pour eux !
Toi qui fais scintiller l'étoile,
Dieu puissant en bonté,
Fais souffler ton vent dans leur voile,
Esprit de vérité !
Par eux, Seigneur,
Qu'à tout pécheur
Le Christ Sauveur
Soit révélé !

Mets à l'abri tes ouvriers,
Des périls, des dangers ;
Dans le continent africain
Etends sur eux ta main !
Qu'en Europe et qu'en Amérique
On entende leur voix
Chanter le salut magnifique
De Jésus mort en croix !
A tous les yeux,
Oui, fais par eux,
Grand Dieu des cieux,
Briller ta croix !
