              İlan ederim, lütfun büyüktür;
Utancımı aldın, yerime geçtin.
Ne büyüksün sen ey Rab Allah'ım.

Ey Rab'bin kulları, O'na secde edin!
Çünkü yaptığı iş ne kadar büyüktür.
Biz yapamazdık O bunu üstlendi.

Çarmıhta dedi, yandaki mahpus:
Ey İsa beni de orada anımsa.
O dedi: Sen bugün or'da olacaksın.

Çünkü Rab'bimiz asla hor görmez.
Sevgisi engindir, bizi de akladı.
Biz de kutsal olup O'nda kalalım.

İsa dedi: Alın bu benim bedenim,
Bu da yeni antlaşma, dökülen kanımdır.
Biz de bu ölümü ilan edelim.

Duyuralım bu işi, herkeste bilsin;
O tekrar gelecek, bizleri alacak.
Yüz yüze O'nunla buluşacağız.
