              1. Boh sa v Kristu sklonil k nám,
spásu zjavil národom,
hriešnych dvíha k výšinám,
život večný máme v ňom.
Svetlo tejto pravdy
má v svete spásne poslanie,
kiež ho cirkev Pánova
plní vrúcne, oddane.

2. Pán keď dielo dokonal,
svojho Ducha poslal nám,
aby každý v pravde stál
verne ako Ježiš sám.
Dôležitú ľuďom zvesť
nesme Duchom pudení,
snažme sa ich k Bohu viesť,
aby boli spasení.

3. Stáročiami pieseň znie,
tón pre veky udáva,
k piesni tej sa pridať smie
naša chvála jasavá.
Kto sa učí s Kristom žiť,
žiarom lásky zahorí;
navždy môže šťastný byť,
kto mu srdce otvorí.
