              Bože náš, požehnaj
večerný čas tichý,
skloň sa k nám láskavo,
pokorné čuj vzdychy,
ktorými Ťa vrúcne žiadame:
Buď s nami, Pane,
buď s nami, Pane!

Pravicu rozostri nad každú rodinu, nad svojím ľudom bdej aj v nočnú hodinu,
len s Tebou sme stále bezpeční, Ó Bože večný,
ó Bože večný!

Každému tvoru daj
pokojnú, tichú noc;
skľúčených potešuj,
slabým príď na pomoc,
zostaň s nami, Pane náš milý,
aj v nočnej chvíli,
aj v nočnej chvíli!

Porúčame sa Ti,
nebeský náš Pane,
upokoj nám srdcia,
na radosť zmeň žiale,
a v spánku daruj nám sny čisté, Ježiši Kriste,
Ježiši Kriste!
