              Bože Otče, láska večná,
buď Ti vďaka presrdečná,
že si v naplnenom čase
poslal Syna k našej spáse.

Pominula noc už tmavá,
na nebesiach slnko vstáva,
to slnko spravodlivosti
v Tebe, Kriste, vzácny hosti!

Svieť nám, Slnko, Kriste milý,
aby sme sa prebudili
a aj vstali v zbožnom spechu
z nebezpečného sna hriechu,

obliekli sa v Teba, Kriste,
Ty spasenie naše isté
a chodili verne, stále
ako vo dne k Tvojej chvále.

Príď k nám s požehnaním hojným,
slovom svojím predôstojným,
aby skvitlo medzi nami,
zvládlo sveta končinami.

Prispor viery, lásky statnej,
nádeje tiež nepodvratnej.
Hlasy naše vyslyš, Kriste!
Oj, vyslyšíš iste, iste!
