              1. Buď, Pane, sám mou láskou stálou,
ať ve tvé síle toužím žít,
ať život můj je tvojí chválou
a v každé chvíli tvým chci být.
Vždyť příklad Tvůj a Tvoje líc
mi stále září vstříc.

2. Nepřítel svou mne vábil září,
a já jsem bloudil zmámený.
Pak přišla chvíle, tvou kdy tváří
byl život můj ozářený.
Že nemusím již kráčet tmou,
způsobils láskou svou.

3. Jít s Tebou vzhůru stále toužím,
u Tebe jednou rád bych byl,
i když se dosud hříchem soužím,
vím, že jsi za mne zvítězil
Tys zaplatil za vinu mou,
jdu proto za Tebou.
