              1. Buď, Pane, so mnou, už sa chýli noc,
temnota hustne, príď mi pomoc,
úzkosť ma tiesni, bôľ mi zviera hruď,
Strážca môj verný, pri mne stále buď.

2. Len ty si Skala môjho spasenia
i útočište v chvíľach súženia,
buď radcom v žiali, v každom trápení,
útecha moja z teba pramení.

3. Keď ty si so mnou, nič sa nebojím,
bez strachu pôjdem aj sĺz údolím.
Kde osteň smrti, hrob kde kraľuje,
mňa, Pane, vernou láskou miluješ.

4. Rýchlo sa končí nášho žitia deň,
sláva i radosť miznú ako sen,
všetko sa mení, všetko zaniká,
bez zmien si len ty, Láska odveká.
