              Buen Señor, ¿mi vida alargas
Concediéndome salud?
Pues, acepta bondadoso
Mi sincera gratitud.

Haz que el tiempo que me otorgas
No malgaste en vanidad,
Mas lo emplee en prepararme
A gozar la eternidad.

Por tu sangre redimido,
De tu gracia en posesión,
Gozaré en la confianza
De segura salvación.

Cantaré que tus bondades
Son sin número y si fin;
A las almas invitando
De tus dones al festín.

Que mi vida en santo ejemplo
Brille cual celeste luz,
Y al fin de ella me recibas
En tus brazos, buen Jesús.
