              1. Chceš Krista milovať a verne ísť za ním?
Chceš jeho meno vyznávať a prestať s váhaním?

2. Si z lásky hotový pre neho žiť i mrieť?
Nad stálu vernosť Kristovi už väčšej pocty niet.

3. Na Božej vôle cieľ maj zreteľ upretý
a poznáš, že on sám ti šiel vždy
s láskou v ústrety.

4. S ním vždycky zvíťazíš, boj dobrý dokonáš,
ak jeho Slovu uveríš a pri ňom zotrváš.
