              Kde môžem nádej pevnú nájsť?
Zdroj mojich síl, čo nezlyhá?
Kto je môj štít, môj pevný hrad?
Je Ním len Ježiš sám, môj Pán.

  Kristus sám, základ náš
  nemennú vládu má.
  V búrkach dní,
  jediný,
  On je Pán!

Keď nevidím v tme Tvoju tvár,
S milosťou príď a obnov ma.
Keď zúri víchor búrlivý,
V Tvojej tôni zakotvím.
V Tvojej tôni zakotvím.

+ On je Pán, On je Pán

Keď vráti sa oslávený,
Nech v Kristovi som nájdený.
Pred Jeho trón sa postavím,
Tam v smelej dôvere pred Ním.
