              Cudną nowinę
zwiastował nam Bóg,
słuchajcie wszyscy ją wraz:
Bóg dla Chrystusa
przebaczył nam dług,
od zguby zbawił Bóg nas

  Od zguby zbawił Bóg nas,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas.
  W Chrystusie na wieki
  przebaczył nam Bóg,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas

Jeśli w obłudzie
minionych tu dni
dręczy w sumieniu wciąż was,
niech w sercu wiara
jak słońce się lśni:
Od zguby zbawił Bóg nas

  Od zguby zbawił Bóg nas,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas.
  W Chrystusie na wieki
  przebaczył nam Bóg,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas

Gdy pod ciężarem
trosk życia i mąk
nadziei płomyk już zgasł,
nie opuszczajcie
zemdlonych swych rąk:
Od zguby zbawił Bóg nas

  Od zguby zbawił Bóg nas,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas.
  W Chrystusie na wieki
  przebaczył nam Bóg,
  od zguby zbawił Bóg nas
