                Dad loor a Dios, himnos elevad,
  Alabando su bondad;
  Canta de Jesús, pobre pecador;
  Canta sí, su gran amor.

Jesucristo descendió
De los cielos a Belén;
Nuestra paz allí nació,
Nuestra dicha, luz y bien.

  ¡Oh bendito Dios!
  Gloria a ti, Señor,
  Por Jesús, el Salvador.

Por venir a padecer
A los ángeles dejó,
Y nacido de mujer,
Con los hombres habitó.

En la cruz, martirio cruel,
Dio su vida el Salvador,
Porque tenga paz en él
Todo pobre pecador.
