Ešte pred počatím, skôr než sa narodil
zverené nám bolo dieťa malé
Stvorené na Boží obraz - aby tak i žil
vychovať ho chceme k Božej sláve

Nový život prišiel do tohto sveta
  tak Ti prinášame naše dieťa
a prosíme Ťa, Pane, daj svoje požehnanie
nech chráni ho vždy Tvoja ruka svätá

Nech rastie, nech mocnie, nech je plný múdrosti
nech Božia milosť je vždy s ním
Nech uzrie závoj Tvojej svätosti
keď sa vrátiš so zástupom nebeským

Nový život prišiel do tohto sveta
  tak Ti prinášame naše dieťa
a prosíme Ťa, Pane, daj svoje požehnanie
nech chráni ho vždy Tvoja ruka svätá
