              1. Deň v službe Spasiteľa,
to vzácna prednosť je,
smieť radostnú zvesť o spasení
niesť, kým výzva Božia znie.
Tú službu sám, vždy žehná nebies Pán.

  Ref.: Deň v službe Spasiteľa,
  deň v službe Spasiteľa,
  deň v službe Spasiteľa,
  to vzácna prednosť je.

2. Deň v službe Spasiteľa
je skúškou vernosti.
Boh príklad sám dal, keď Syna poslal
k nám na svet z milosti.
On verný je a verný zostane.

3. Deň v službe Spasiteľa,
div Božej lásky je,
veď slúžiť verne a neochvejne
len láska z neba vie.
Tou aj náš Pán vždy verne slúžil nám.

4. Deň v službe Spasiteľa,
je požehnaný čas.
Pán si ju cení a sám odmení,
keď v sláve príde raz.
Chcem, Pane môj, byť vďačný sluha tvoj.
