              1. Dnes vďaky spev vrelý
nech znie svetom celým,
leť oslavná pieseň až pred Boží trón.
Pán v láske sa skláňa a dar požehnania
chce nám všetkým dopriať v tom dni sobotnom.
On sám z výšin neba dá rád vždy, čo treba,
bdie nad nami verne a vždy pri nás stál,
bol ohnivým stĺpom a pred ľstivým zvodcom
nás na ceste žitia vždy ochraňoval.

2. O Tvorcovej moci svit hviezd v tmavej noci
i slnka lúč jasný vo dne hovorí.
Aj rosy skvost v tráve, či vlnky riek hravé,
čo sa náhlia riečišťami do morí.
Tvor každý ho chváli, či veľký či malý,
aj my Tvorcu chváľme a zvelebujme.
On dal nám dar viery a čaká nás v cieli,
len vždy vďačne, s láskou ho nasledujme.
