              Eespäin, Herran kansa,
pyhään taistohon,
ristin lipun alla
aina voittohon!
Kristus, kuninkaamme
meitä johdattaa.
Voittovoiman yksin
Hän vain lahjoittaa.

  Eespäin, Herran kansa,
  pyhään taistohon,
  ristin lipun alla,
  aina voittohon!

Vihollisten joukot
Jeesus karkottaa.
Ei siis
taiston kuumuus
saa sua kauhistaa.
Pimeyden voimat
laulun kuullessaan
vapisevat; siispä
laulakaamme vaan.
