              Gyönyörű nap virradt fel,
A halál vesztett, van, ki felemel,
Énekeljük, Jézus Krisztus él.
Drága Kereszt és üres sír,
Az örök élet könyvébe beír,
Énekeljük, Jézus Krisztus él. Ő él!

Eljött a nap, az a nap, mikor bűnöm elmostad,
Eljött a nap, ez a nap mindent megváltoztat.
  Semmi nem kárhoztat.

Itt állok lábadnál,
Végre érzem, arcod rám talál,
Tied vagyok, s te az enyém már.
Öröm, béke végtelen,
Földi kín nem árthat már nekem,
Ünnepeljünk, Jézus Krisztus él. Ő él!

Ó, milyen gyönyörű nap - igazi örömöt ad, hogy megmentettél,
Ó, milyen gyönyörű nap, milyen gyönyörű név.
