              En el mundo hallóme Cristo,
En la noche sin hogar;
Tiernamente abrazóme
Y me trajo a Su redil.

  Sitio de solaz, //
  Es el seno de Su amor.
  Vivo sin temor, cerca del Señor,
  Y en Su amor seguro estoy. //

Con Su mano traspasada
A Su seno me llevó,
Las riquezas de Su gracia
Me enseñó el Salvador.
