              En noche oscura brillan fulgores,
Hay resplandores allá en Betlém,
Y es anunciado a los pastores
Que hoy ha nacido el Rey de Israel.

  Gloria cantad, gloria cantad;
  ¡Gloria al excelso Dios!
  ¡Gloria cantad, gloria cantad!
  Que vino el Salvador.

Coros celestes en las alturas,
Con dulces notas, dan gloria a Dios,
Y anuncian paz, a las criaturas
Que agradecidas quieran su amor.

Hasta un pesebre se ha humillado
Para brindar perdón al mortal;
El Dios eterno se ha humanado;
De tal manera nos quiso amar.

Pechos cansados y doloridos
Vuestros gemidos llevad a Él;
Ya consolados y agradecidos,
¡Cantad alegres: GLORIA A ENMANUEL!
