              Gud er på tronen ennu,
og Han kommer sine i hu.
I prøvelsens stunder,
og tenk hvilket under,
at aldri alene er du.
Gud er på tronen ennu,
og Han kommer sine i hu.
Hør Hans løfter til meg;
Jeg vil ei glemme deg.
Gud er på tronen ennu.
