              1. Hľa, blankyt neba modravý
i mračien náhle čierňavy,
čo z obzoru sa vynoria,
o sláve Tvorcu hovoria.
Deň dňu i tmavej noci noc
tú nekonečnú Božiu moc
nám mocne bez slov, bez rečí
vždy nepochybne dosvedčí.

2. On hviezdam dráhu vymeral,
zem zvláštnou krásou priodial,
keď v jeho lásky objatí
lúč slnečný ju pozláti.
Tak každý človek poznať smie
tie Božie skutky úžasné,
smie jeho veľkosť poznávať
a chválu, slávu, česť mu vzdať.

3. Však človek reč tú nečuje,
len rozum svoj vždy zbožňuje
a rady, ktoré Boh mu dal,
tak často hriešne zanedbal.
Dnes, Pane, znova prosiť chcem,
daj, nech ťa večne chváliť smiem,
hriech, vinu každú zo mňa sním,
buď mojou Skalou, Spasením.
