Hər tərəfi m qaranlıqdı, işıqlı yol axtarırdım,
Həyat dərin bataqlıqdır, çıxmaq üçün can atırdım.

Qaranlıqda haqsızlıq var, hamı dərin yuxudadır,
Ayıl, insan, Rəbbə yalvar, çünki işıq Tanrıdadır.

Gözlərimi Rəbb açanda, önümdə Məsihi gördüm,
Qəlbimə işıq saçanda, işıq Saçana döndüm.

Tanrı dedi incə səslə,qaranlığa bir də dönmə,
Yer üzünə Nur göndərdim, yalnız Ona ümid bəslə.
