              Haudassaan lepäsi
Herrani Jeesus,
aamua odotti
Vapahtaja.

  Haudasta noussut
  Hän on.
  Pimeyden vallan hirveän
  voimallansa Kristus
  särki noustessaan
  pyhiensä kanssa
  valloittaakseen maan.
  Noussut on, noussut on,
  Kristus ylösnoussut on.

Turhaan Sun hautasi,
Herrani Jeesus,
vartija lukitsi,
Vapahtaja.
