              Szívemből ünnepi ének árad,
Háladalt éneklek az ég Urának!
Ujjongva tör fel a hála bennem,
Jósága körülvesz szárnyként engem.

Adjatok hálát az Istennek!
Adjatok hálát az Istennek!
Ő a mi teremtőnk, Királyunk,
Alle-alleluja, alleluja, alleluja!

Hála legyen, hála legyen, hála, áldott az Úr!

Oly jó áldani az Urat.
Ujjongóan jó Istennek zengeni zsoltárokat!

Már kora reggelen jóságát,
éjszakákon át hirdetem
szüntelen nagy irgalmát.

Pengő hangszeren, lantokon,
ujjongóan jó Istennek
zengeni hálaszót.

Az öröm hangjai szóljanak,
gitár húrjain magasztalom
ujjongva csodáidat!

  Gitár nélkül:

Uram, jó voltál énhozzám,
életemben nagy dolgokat
műveltél sok év során.

Sziklám, oltalmam te voltál,
oly irgalmasan jó, gondoskodó
Istenem, égi Atyám!

  Újra gitárral:

Hála, dicsőség nevednek,
most és örökké
az égben, a földön. Amen!
