Ich hebe meine Augen auf zu den Bergen:
Woher kommt meine Hilfe?

Meine Hilfe kommt vom Herrn,
meine Hilfe kommt von dem Herrn,
der Himmel und Erde gemacht hat.

Ich richte meine Augen auf den Herrn:
Meine Hilfe kommt von meinem Gott!
