Áldjuk a mennyben az ég Urát,
  Béke legyen a földön!
  Zengd ma szívből a glóriát,
  igazi karácsony dallamát!

A legsötétebb éjjel,
mikor léted holtra vált,
megszületett a Fény-jel
és észrevétlen melléd állt.

Mi hazugságból épült,
rendre minden összedőlt,
hogy elfogadhasd végül
az igazsággal érkezőt.

Áldjuk a mennyben az ég Urát,
  Béke legyen a földön!
  Zengd ma szívből a glóriát,
  igazi karácsony dallamát!
