              Il sangue che versò
Morendo al posto mio
Salvezza mi donò

Gesù, l'Agnel di Dio
Il mio Salvatore
Tanto mi amò

Perciò al Calvario soffrì
E prese il mio posto e morì
Il mio Signor con gran dolor

La vita che donò
Gesù la diede per amor
Per ognun di noi

Lui vuole che viviamo
Felici su nel cielo
Per l'eternità

Per questo al Calvario soffrì
Ed al posto nostro morì, Gesù
Le porte del cielo Lui ci aprì
Ed ora ci aspetta lassù
Se lo vogliam, salvi noi siam
