              İsa, göğsün altın kuşakla kuşanmış,
Saçların karlar gibi bembeyaz,
Giysilerin ayağına uzanmış,
Başın ak yapağı gibi bembeyaz! Bembeyaz!

Rab gözlerin alev alev yanan ateş,
Yüzün kuvvetle parlayan güneş,
Sesin gürül gürül akan sular,
Ayakların kor gibi parlak tunç! Parlak tunç!

Ölmüştün ama dirildin Sen,
Hem de sonsuza dek dirisin!
Ölümün anahtarı Sendedir,
Ölüler diyarı yetkindedir!
İlk ve son Sensin korkmayız biz,
Bir kandillik gibi sağ elindeyiz! Elindeyiz!
