              Jésus est né ! Venez bergers et mages ;
Anges du ciel, portez-lui vos hommages ;
Oui, gloire aux cieux !
Paix en tous lieux !

Voilà l'enfant qui doit sauver le monde ;
Quel doux éclat et quelle paix profonde
Rayonne autour
Du Dieu d'amour !

Il a voulu, pour notre délivrance,
Naître ignoré, pauvre et sans apparence
Humbles aussi,
Allons à lui !

Tout ce qui plaît à ce roi débonnaire,
C'est un cœur pur, formé par la prière ;
A toi ce cœur,
O bon Sauveur !

A toi ce cœur, et qu'il te glorifie,
Non pour un jour, mais pour toute la vie ;
Il est à toi,
Sois-en le roi !
