Jövök a kereszthez, jövök a kereszthez,
  Neked halált hozott, nekem életet.
Jövök a kereszthez, jövök a kereszthez,
  az élet forrása testedből ered.

Nincsen más hely, ahol megpihenhetek,
nincsen más mód, hogy letegyem bűnömet,
amit gondolattal, tettel vagy szóval elkövettem.
Teremts újra tiszta szívet bennem!

Nincsen más út, amely szabadságra vezet,
nincsen más vér, ami lemossa bűnömet.
Jézus, hűséges Isten, vonj magadhoz engem,
teremts újra tiszta szívet bennem!
