              Jedyny Boży Syn zostawił niebo,
Na ziemię zstąpił tu, by zbawić nas.
Na krzyżu On wyjednał mi zbawienie.
Czy wiesz, że On i ciebie zbawić chcę?

Mów mi znów o Zbawcy i o niebie.
Mów mi znów, jak On ukochał nas,
Że niedługo wezwie nas do siebie,
Abyśmy wiecznie żyli z Nim wśród gwiazd.

Przed świętym Ojcem swym On oręduje,
Za tymi, którzy wciąż ufają w Nim.
Ma dusza w Nim spoczynek swój znajduje,
On mą radością, On jest szczęściem mym.

Ach tęskni serce me, a Jezus zwleka.
Pokoju nie zna świat, bo pokój w Nim,
Stworzenie też powrotu Jego czeka,
O, Panie Jezu przyjdź, czekamy przyjdź.
