              Jesus, ons eer U,
opgestane Heer.
Lewensvors en koning,
U het triomfeer!

  Hoe was U verne-der,
  hoe het U gely;
  hoe is U verheerlik!
  U voer heerskappy.

  Jesus, ons eer U,
  opgestane Heer.
  Lewensvors en Koning,
  U het triomfeer

Jesus, ons eer U,
opgestane Heer
omdat U oorwin het,
sal ons triomfeer!

  Hoe was ons gebon-de,
  hoe was ons verkneg.
  U bevry tot lewe,
  baan vir ons die weg.

  Jesus, ons eer U,
  opgestane Heer,
  nou het ons 'n toekoms:
  lewe by ons Heer!
