              Kde mám hľadať útočište?
Duša hynie v úzkosti.
Utíšenie nájdeš iste
v Ježišovej blízkosti.

Kto zaženie hriechu mraky?
Smrť ma desí neistá.
Na Ježiša upri zraky,
v jeho krvi očista.

Kto mi podá ruku k boju?
Ja sa bojím, keď som sám.
Pán ponúka pomoc svoju,
vraví: „Ja ti silu dám."

Čo ma čaká, až raz hlavu
z hrobu zdvihnem napokon?
Ježiš pripravil ti slávu,
celé nebo dá ti On.
