              Kera Jeesuksen kuljen
mä matkalla maan
kautta aikojen
vaihtuvien.
Mutta muuttuissa
kaiken
mä laulella saan:
Hän on ainiaan
uskollinen!

  Kera Jeesuksen on
  onni sanomaton,
  rauha suuri
  ja ihmeellinen.
  Kaikki muu
  vaikka vaihtuu,
  Hän muuttumaton,
  aina vain sama,
  uskollinen.

Kera Jeesuksen yksin
kun kuljin mä vain
vailla lohtua ystävien,
silloin kuiskeen tuon
hellän taas
kuulla mä sain:
"Olen ainiaan
uskollinen!"

Kera Jeesuksen kuljen
mä alhoissa maan
kautta polkujen
ohdakkeisten.
Kukkatarhaksi
muuttuu ne,
kun kuulla saan:
"Hän on ainiaan
uskollinen!"
