              Kirkkauden Herra,
Kristus kuninkaani,
suuri armoruhtinaani,
halki aikain kestää
valtakuntas pyhä,
iäiseen oot sama yhä.
Sinua, Jumala,
kiitän hartain mielin,
sydämin ja kielin.

Sinulla on, Kristus,
kalliit, pyhät haavat.
Syntiset Sun
armos saavat.
Nöyränä Sä kuljit
ristin, kuolon vaivaan,
vaikka valtias oot taivaan.
Meissä myös tee nyt työs,
vedä ristis juureen,
saata armoos suureen.

Ristinpuulle kaikki
velkani Sä kannoit,
anteeks syntini
Sä annoit.
Ainut toivo mulla
kiusausten alla
on vain risti Golgatalla.
Ristisi, Herrani,
ompi merkki voiton,
uuden päivän koiton.
