              Koyu bir karanlık var dünyada,
Zulüm, haksızlık, ıstırap.
Uluslar umutsuzluğa düşmüş,
Seni reddetmişler, ya Rab.
Deli, yalancı dünya,
kim şifa verir sana?

Gel, Rab İsa, gel, Rab İsa!
  Dök Ruhun'u dünyaya!
Gel, Rab İsa, gel, Rab İsa!
  Ruhun'u dök üzerimize!

Topluluğun güç ve sevgiyle kalksın,
Her yere yaysın müjdeni!
Her ulusta Sana inanarak
Kurtulanlar övsün Seni!
Dünyamız aydınlanır,
Gelişin çabuklaşır.

Sonsuz sevinç getirirsin bize,
Gökten tekrar geldiğinde.
Karanlık, elem hep sona erer,
Herkes eğilir önünde.
Uymuş olup emrine,
Görüşürüz yüz yüze!
