              Kriste, svoju si na skale
cirkev mocne založil,
a podnes ju neustále
zveľaďoval a vodil;
kým nás Tvoja ruka chráni,
aká moc nás premôže?
Neuškodia pekla brány,
nič ju zničiť nemôže.

Ty si naša pomoc silná
a veriacich ochrana,
nádej pevná, neomylná,
buď Ti chvála vzdávaná!
Tebe srdca skrúšeného
obete prinášame,
zhliadni z trónu nebeského
na nás, vrúcne žiadame.

Pane, cirkev udržiavaj
v jednote a svornosti,
i potomkom zachovávaj,
svoje slovo, sviatosti;
nech na Tebe v každom boji
sťa uholnom kameni,
cirkev svätá pevne stojí;
z Teba pravda pramení.

Pomáhaj nám, Pane, Kriste,
v pevnej viere zotrvať,
s vierou i svedomie čisté
až do konca zachovať,
potom uzrieť slávu večnú,
kde budeme s Tebou žiť
a Trojicu nekonečnú
novou piesňou velebiť.
