              Kristovým sa krížom pýšim,
nad priestor i čas on čnie.
Na ňom vládca nebies výšin
získal pre mňa zmierenie.

Nepriateľ keď na mňa číha,
osídlo chce k nohám klásť,
kríž vždy vysoko sa zdvíha,
prúdi z neho mieru slasť.

A keď v šťastí život plynie,
láska ruky podáva,
z kríža ďalej jas sa rinie,
blahu blaha dodáva.

Hojnosť, bolesť, biedu, radosť,
všetko kríž niesť naučí,
kým sa splní srdca žiadosť
po Otcovom náručí.
