              Čo vie obmyť každý hriech?
Krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla!
Čo ho zbieli ako sneh?
Krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla!

  Zdroj mojej premeny,
  vzácny a predivný,
  spásny a víťazný,
krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla!

Stálu nádej dáva mi
krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla.
Pred súdom ma zachráni
krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla.

Prístup k Bohu dá mi len
krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla.
Tu aj v nebi chváliť chcem
krv, čo za mňa z kríža tiekla.
