              Kun vain vaellamme
Herran käskyissä me,
suuri kirkkaus
teillämme on.
Ja jos rakastamme
tietä Jumalamme,
Hänen armonsa
on loputon.

  Tottele ain
  sanaa Herran
  sä vain.
  Ilon, onnen
  Hän antaa,
  kun sä
  tottelet vain.

Myrsky raivoisinkaan,
helle polttavinkaan
eivät voimaansa
voi vastustaa.
Haihtuu epäilykset,
kyynel, huokaukset;
rauhan uskoen,
totellen saa.
