              Lúč svetla, ktorým svietiš
v čiernej tme,
ten mi dáva novú nádej
a správny smer.
Keď sám cítim, že sa klátim,
nebojím sa, keď som si so mnou,
že sa v tej tme nestratím.

Svieť nám, svieť nám svojím svetlom,
ukáž nám cestu, kadiaľ ísť.
Svieť nám, svieť nám svojou pravdou,
čo každé klamstvo odhalí.

Tvoj plán a Tvoj zámer
je ten najlepší,
hodlám zložiť svoju vôľu
a Tvoju vôľu žiť.
Ty si zdrojom všetkých dobrých vecí,
ktoré mám,
bez Teba by som bol slabý
a strašne sám.

Svieť nám, svieť nám svojím svetlom,
ukáž nám cestu, kadiaľ ísť.
Svieť nám a otvor naše vnútro,
nech Tvoju vôľu pochopím.
